WebDesignWala Refund and Cancellation Policy

We generally do not offer refunds, but there are some exceptions. For example, you can get a refund if you cancel a service within three hours of payment, or if we have not started working on the service within 30 days of payment. You can also get a refund for duplicate payments or payments for services that we have not yet used. However, we cannot refund payments for third-party services, paid ad campaigns that have already been used, purchases made against the service, or GST or any other tax liability.

All payments must be made on time. If you do not pay, we will suspend your services. After 10 days of non-payment, we will delete all Google Ads keywords. Any services that are not mentioned in the scope of services will be considered out of scope and will be charged as per actual. You must report any payment failures of online transactions to us and your bank within three days of the transaction.

Webdesignwala offers digital marketing and website development services. We work with businesses on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. All prices on our website are in Indian rupees, and we charge goods and services tax (GST) on top of the quoted amount. We generate invoices on schedule only after receiving monthly or milestone payments.

We do not offer refunds or returns in general. However, we may offer a refund under certain conditions, which are discussed in this policy. If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, you can opt out by contacting us without giving any prior notice. However, any advance payments you made are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for the conditions listed in this policy.

General Conditions

In general, you will be eligible for a refund of your advance payment for any of the services listed on our website only if the following conditions are met:

  • You cancel the service within three hours of payment. The cancellation must be valid. We will not refund payments for imaginary reasons.
  • We have not started working on the service within 30 days of payment. However, if you asked us to put the service on hold after payment, we will not issue a refund.
  • The payment is duplicated due to a failed online transaction. We will refund the amount, but we may deduct any fees that we incur.
  • You paid for Google Ad or Facebook paid ad campaigns that we have not yet used. We will refund the amount, but we may deduct any fees that we incur. If we have already paid Google or Facebook, we cannot refund that amount.
  • Your account is overdue by 7 days or more. We will rescind all technical support.
  • Your account is overdue by 14 days or more. We will suspend your site and other services.
  • Your account is overdue by 30 days or more. We will delete your sites and data from all of our systems.
  • You cannot cancel services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Conditions

In some cases, we cannot offer a refund. These conditions are as follows:

  • We cannot refund payments for third-party services.
  • We cannot refund payments for paid ad campaigns that have already been used.
  • We cannot refund payments for purchases made against the service.
  • We cannot refund payments for GST or any other tax liability.

Payment Terms

All payments, including setup costs and retainers, must be made on or before the 5th of the month, or on a milestone marking or other mutually agreed-upon date. You can pay by check, bank transfer, or credit card against invoices that we raise in advance. If you do not pay, we will suspend your services. After 10 days of non-payment, we will delete all Google Ads keywords. Any services that are not mentioned in the scope of services will be considered out of scope and will be charged as per actual. You must report any payment failures of online transactions to Webdesignwala and your bank within three days of the transaction. We may not be able to resolve complaints of payment failure after three days.
